Worst experience ever

After my car was written off, it took me 2 months and a lot of calls and emails to finally get a settlement letter. 8 payed the cancellation fee and send proof of payment. After a month I still get notifications on a weekly basis to pay my account witch I canceled. RUN FAR away from this company. Communication is terrible the app is less then reliable and you will never get the opportunity to cancel your contract.
