Worst ever service provider, don't use them please

I am sick and tired of these people and their lack of customer consideration, the device installed seem to be faulty and this was raised from the day installations were done. From time to time on daily basis I get called to be told about this "Power down", though i keep telling their agents that this has been going on for over a year (DAILY).

I sometimes get called in the early hours of the morning to be told about this false alert, that time i have a 10 month old baby who has to wake up all because of this *******. I am tired and want this thing removed, there are better service providers who care.

I had to create this account because of these people.
