WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!! MATRIX YOU ARE THE WORST EVER ! PLEASE STAY AWAY I AM SO DONE !!!
I have been trying to resolve ongoing service failures since September, with absolutely no resolution. Despite repeated emails and phone calls, I have received nothing but empty responses claiming the matter has been “escalated,” with no action taken.
This is completely unacceptable. Your lack of service and failure to respond properly has directly resulted in financial loss on my side.
WORST TRACKING COMPANY EVER !!! PLEASE STAY AWAY YOU WILL ONLY BE LOOSING MONEY !!!
