Worst customer service ever!!! Matrix Vehicle Tracking

I have cancelled my contract with this company but yet they still debit my account. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I will never use this messed up company EVER AGAIN.

I sold my car, cancelled the contract last year, but still getting invoiced for January 2026
