Worst customer service ever and pathetic service
Absolutely terrible. I have been trying to cancel my tracking device with Matrix/Mix Telematics/Beame for months and they do not answer emails and when you call you are kept on hold, they keep increasing the price owed and only people that actually call you are "collectors" they are the worst on the market with customer service and honestly don't care about the customer at all. Pure pathetic.
