Worst customer service ever

Possibly the WORST customer experience I have ever encountered! After 6 calls over a week, they are still unable to allocate an EFT to an account & have apparently blocked the tracking device. I shudder to imagine what would happen if my car was ******, because the calls are ignored, the operator just talks over you & refuses to listen, & EVERY promise to allocate the funds, call you back etc has been broken. Beam-e (Mix Telematics) sucks & their service is shocking!
