WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

Is it now 11 Days after my initial complaint and still nobody from Matrix has contacted me. I phoned again to be told that the promised refund has now turned into a credit to my account. This credit reflects on the system, apparently, but not for the amount that was WRONGLY taken from my bank account!! I bet at the end of the month, Mix will again just take their payment as per usual. Shocking service all around!!
