worst customer service

I have been holding on the phone for more than an hour without help, I have been sent from pillar to post and 1 of the consultants at their credit department is rude. I asked to speak to the line manager / team leader at credit department and I was advised that the person is alone on the floor and I will be transferred to the receptionist of which I refused because I wanted the line manager / team to transfer me to the relevant department. It is not the first time I have a bad experience with TeleMatrix , can't wait for the contract to end. not going to renew.....
