Worst consultant ever🚮

This was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. As a new client who paid for 36 months upfront, I was shocked to keep receiving emails claiming that I owed money. When I called to clarify the issue, I spoke with Paseka from the accounts department — and she was by far the worst consultant I’ve ever dealt with. She was rude, lacked proper phone etiquette, kept me on hold unnecessarily, and showed no willingness to assist. She told me they were taking money for additional services that I was never informed about, and when I questioned it, she dismissively said I could cancel if I wanted to and she further said she can put me through cancelation.
