WORST Company to DEAL with Mix Telematics

Mix Telematics is the worst tracking company to deal with. My contract term was completed which was then month to month, after 5 years dealing with them I sold my car so I called in for a cancelation in June 2021, I was advised within 20 days the cancelation would be processed. They call me demanding funds for October 2022, I tried to get ahold of them on numerous occasions, to date no joy. Not once in 5 years I ever heard of them, they are just there to take your money with no Service. Now I'm with Netstar Tracking which is a million times better service. Please guys make sure u keep all mails to back you up and escalate to Ombudsman.
