Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

I switched banks from Discovery to Investec, but some debit orders were not successfully switched. Service providers phoned me and we manually corrected the debit order; except for Mix Telematics Africa. Instead of phoning me to rectify the debit order payment details, Mix Telematics Africa reported me as a bad payermissing one month R170.20 premium instead of phoning me!! Thankfully, I’ve lodged a complaint with Experian, and will not give up. I have since paid a cancellation fee to get rid of them, now they're refusing to remove the device from my vehicle.
