WORST COMPANY EVER - STAY AWAY

We have received THE POOREST SERVICE EVER from Mix Telematics with their beame tracker device.

WARNING- DO NOT BUY A PRODUCT FROM THE COMPANY.

Our tracker never worked, it is off by 5km when viewing on the app. Imagine our car does get ****** and you need to search such a massive area for it.

Secondly, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! We have cancelled in January already, but keep getting debit orders going off, which we reverse and then it pops up a month later again.

I have spoken to numerous "customer care agents" (it is a trap - they do not CARE about their customers!), who say they will look into the matter and "listen to the recordings", but then they NEVER get back to us.

I have tried calling the accounts department, but they NEVER pick up and NEVER get back to the message I then leave.

Worst experience ever . I would give ZERO STARS if I could.
