WORST CAR TRACKING COMPANY

the most unprofessional company in the universe, staff can not read or understand. Iwas upgraded to new units with a new contrackt, but after the upgrade both units in both my cars did not work . send emails nobody responded. Then send whatsups x 10 nobody understand, was eventually answered by a service bot, who did not accept my otp. phoned but gets cut off when i select a option to speak to a consultant.eventually i received a call from a lady who promissed to phone me back , but didn't. on whatsup I received numerous messages , but when I respond my mesages were ignored ? Impossible to speak to someone with more than ons brain cell, STAY AWAY FROM MATRICS CAR TRACK THEY ARE USELESS!!!!!!!!!!
