Worst car tracking company-BEAME

Here is my story with these croocks, I have a beame tracker and our agreement was I pay R99 on the first of each month. Since the beginning of 2019, they debit R107. I asked them why and nobody responded. I let it slipped because it was just R8...This year February they debited my account twice on the first and on the 29th. They never debited my account in March. So assumed the debit on the 29th was for March since the first of March this year was on a Sunday. Come June, they told me I was in arrears. I showed them proof of payment for June and May. They responded that the arrear was for March. So I responded to their response asking them why there were two debit orders in February and they never came back to me. I called them but nobody picks up. I sent them an email asking them to call me because they are not responding but still no response. Come today, they debit my account twice with R115, which I do not know what is it for and the normal R107.
