Worst call centre Agent

Shocking service

After numerous phone calls to the call centre without success. Received bad customer service and I was not happy at all.

This questions the trust I will have with this company, the agent whom I spoke to gave me wrong details of her credentials as I could hear her whispering from the back round

As she aslo promised me that Michael the supervisor will call me even now no one called me, had to waste my own time and airtime making follow up

Would appreciate to have details of agent who assisted me, rush to even cancel the service it's shocking to see that under covid pandemic people still give bad service

Won't recommend any one to use the service as its pathetic.
