Worse vehicle tracker

So far I am not impressed with the matrix service. When I press the panic button it’s not responsive. Last week I couldn’t find where the car was parked I called for urgent assistance and the lady said I must look at the cameras to confirm if the car went out so they can send a team (this took an hour btw)… her concern was that If they send a team and it’s a false alarm then I will be charger R1500 per hour… lol there is no sense or urgency nor comfort

Only on our 3rd call that’s when she confirmed the last location of the car. Worse part I am using the last package (Gold or something like that)
