Worse Service when cancelling.
Please note that I have requested for cancellations of my Matrix account on the 15 April 2024 and received an e-mail that the account will be cancelled on the 18 May 2024. I have than received an e-mail on the 18 May stating account has been sent for cancellation which was sent long ago already in April 2024
You have processed a debit order on my account which I have subsequently reversed this morning as this account should have been closed already and no debit order should have gone off on the 20 May 2024
Please can this matter be sorted out ASAP and the account be closed off as I have given my 30 day notice for this account to be closed off and no payments should have been deducted from my account on the 20 May 2024
I don’t know why I am still receiving SMS now to pay the amount for May when the account was suppose to be closed on the 18 May, as that was my 30 days’ notice and I was told by the consultant that April will be my last debit order.
This car is been written off and i have give my 30 day notice and paid the last payment on the 20 April.

I Received another SMS today for payment when i sent proof of payment and received an e-mail from Alice stating account will be sorted by EOB on the 07 July 2024 which has not happened.
Looks like the only time things gets done by Matrix is when you log a Hellopeter complaint.
