Worse service EVER...!!!
Had to sign up with them, due to subscribing to OutSurance.
Been with Beame for a month now and literally since day one, have i had the worst service ever!
You just either never ever get hold of someone or the next hour ALL the staff at Beame calls you to attend to your problem, eventhough it has been actioned already.
My goodness. Don't you keep track of what is happening within your company every minute...?!
I received an SMS from them this morning, stating that something isn't working.
I tried to send them a message on WhatsApp several times already, plus sent emails and yet no one is working yet...or will ever...?!
I need to travel tomorrow (i basically never leave my house), so therefore i need to solve this "problem" with Beame today!!!
If anything happens to my vehicle and they state that i was supposed to action that SMS that was sent first, i will sue Beame!!!
