Worse of the worse Matrix will give you high blood pressure

This company is truly something else. If you want to be frustrated with poor service . Than Matrix is the way to go imagine a car tracking company with terrible customer service. No wonder in SA they can ***** your car as if it's ok because car tracking companies have staff that promise not once not twice but several things they will get back to you. I've been trying to cancel with Matrix for 3 months now. I get calls from their staff to get back to me and they never do. Trust me I'm getting a call today. Because this is the language they under report poor service. Because they are trained to lie and say. Let me follow-up I will get back to you. 3 months I'm paying for a car I don't have anymore. I think 3 months is ridiculous but hey these ******** love deducting but hate providing good quality customer service. Mark my words I'm getting a call from these freaks. Stay away from this company. Netstar cartrack are one million times better. Not once did I have problems with Cartrack
