Worse company ever
They are the worst company i have ever delt with. The phone just keep ringing for 10-15 minutes, no answer. If you finally get hold of them then the call "drops".
I am very discusted in the way they operate and will also advise others not to ever use them.
I have 2 vehicles with them. both contracts have expired and was on a month to month basis. I want to cancel completely. They tell me i can only cancel on as i have "upgraded" witch is a lie.
I have been trying to get the monthly premium redused as the contract has already expired, They phoned me and i explained it like that and all they say is "we will com back to you"

28 Dec 2023, 15:34I have sent numerous e-mails to cancel my month to month contract and they tell me they will only do it January 2024, I took out the whole tracker unit including the backup battery, I did not get any notification for power down via the app or a phone call! I took it out at 13:00 and at 15:30 i still have not gotten any calls or notifications from them.
I had to phone them and according to their system the unit is still active, also on the app it shows the status as green. My vehicle could have been totally stripped in this time. They are really not living up to their name
