Works customer support and call center EVER!!!!

The worst customer care ever. Get no answer, not even at General Enquiries. Cut me off the whole time also. Dont want to talk to me although I can hear them breathe on the other side. I was trying to get a quote and more information on a huge order I have, but not going to risk it with them. They are too big and leave the admin and support over to probably under staffed, untrained personal. I will have a **** fit if this was my company's support center. They should be ashamed of themselves.
