WITHOLDING CREDITS SINCE JULY 2024
Worst company to deal with. Overcharging on 2 of our accounts on all vehicles listed in Oct 2024 - still not fixed Cancelation requested in May 2024 confirmed July 2024 credit due also confirmed but never passed or refunded Double billed on all vehicles on 2 of our accounts in July 2024 - still no credit passed and for more than YEAR - absolutely no response every time we query the resolutions OF THEIR INCOMPETENCE.
DO NOT PHONE ME - RESOLVE THE ISSUES AND CREDIT/REFUND THE AFFECTED ACCOUNTS.
