********** with mix telematics, don't ever take their sales call!!!!
I have been trying to cancel my subscription with Mix telematics, I told them to cancel it in February it is now June and I am still debited.
I called them countless times and they kept telling me it was gonna be cancelled, they told me about a cancelation fee that I know nothing about, I asked for the call recording months back when I took the service but I am still waiting for it and I am still debited.. this is really a **** service.. if only I knew I wasn't gonna bother with them, I don't even know if that unit is active, I need to cancel this damn policy and get my money back!! It is enough now
