Why would anyone pay for this product ?

<p>I'm not sure why anyone of sound mind would pay for a product you sell. My mistake was buying a vehicle that already had a matrix unit installed. All I want is to have it removed but you are making a simple task seem absulotely impossible. </p> <p>You have done nothing but make me jump through hoops with your customer support and I still have no resolution.</p> <p>I want the unit removed, the account is cancelled (which was a mission in itself becuase I don't know the previous owner and vehcile was purchased through a dealership). </p> <p>Now you are telling me I need to start a new contract with you in order to have it removed - have you ever heard anything more ludicrous in your life? It's like saying you need to sign up for a gym contract if you don't want to go to gym. </p> <p>How are you still in business? </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
