What nonsense
I send a request to cancel my contract on the 15th and only on the 20th do I get an email claiming that someone contacted me and discussed the issue with me and also that my request cant be actioned since it is still within a contact period, what BULL? No one called me and the unit was installed in my car many moons ago, so why such feedback?
