Waste of time

What a waste of time. Units don't work properly, logged calls multiple times to get the faulty unit repaired/replaced, and all they tell you is that tech support will contact to make an appointment, it has been 5 months, but as soon as you stop the debit order they are very quick to contact you back to find out about payment, and still taking you to the lawyers for their money even if they cannot deliver service and unit is still not fixed. They are rude and unprofessional. Waiting a very long time when contacting customer care support to talk to someone. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
