WARNING STAY AWAY FROM MIX TELEMATICS SA
WARNING WARNING , STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
IVE ASKED THEM TO REMOVE MY TRACKER UNIT. AND THEY REFUSE. SYSTEM COST ME A LOT OF MONEY REPLACING BATTERIES ON MY VEHICLE.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE.
BAD SERVICE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEYVE GOT A LOT OF EXCUSES.

As per previous communication the Beame is wireless ad will never affect the battery of your vehicle because it has its own battery.
Please provide us with a report from the dealership stating the Beame system is the one causing problems on your vehicle.
