⚠️ Warning: Avoid Matrix Vehicle Tracking – Terrible Service and Possible ****!

I’m writing this to warn others about my horrible experience with Matrix Vehicle Tracking. Initially, I was satisfied with their tracking device and service. However, things took a turn for the worse after my car was written off. When I contacted Matrix to cancel my account, they sent me a settlement quote for around R1,500. Due to injuries from the accident, I wasn’t able to settle immediately. About two months later — after I had recovered — I reached out again to request an updated settlement amount. To my shock, Matrix now wanted R3,700, even though they had continued debiting my account during those two months! I’ve sent multiple emails to both the cancellations and customer service departments asking for an explanation. To date, no one has responded. They continue to take money from my account with no accountability or communication. This company’s customer service is nonexistent, and their billing practices feel dishonest and exploitative. I regret ever signing up with them and want to warn others: stay far away from Matrix Vehicle Tracking. They are unprofessional, unresponsive, and will take your money without providing proper service. Matrix is TRASH – do yourself a favour and choose another provider.
