Waiting to be contacted
I was in an accident and wrote off my 4 month old car./ Husbands car... The car is fitted with a Matrix tacking unit as per my insurance request....
I have sat on hold for over 1 hour at a time to talk to an again with no answer I have sent two email with no one calling me back as per my request
They make zero effort to contact a clint that is canceling the service but let it be for them to make a sale and they don't stop calling you.
They are useless in this regard
