Waiting for refund for 6 months, now double debit

<p>I have taken a contact in Jan 2017. During the same week i cancelled the contract, within the cooling off period. I was charged the permium in advance. I then took another unit for another vehicle, where i was charged again. I was promised a refund and to date i have not received a refund. I then purchased a new vehicle and was informed that if i put in a new unit, i will not be charged any additional amounts, now i get am sms for a double debit. I contacted them only to be told that the person who helped me will contact me. Up until now i have not received a refund nor any calls as promised. When i call i must be prepared to wait for 30 min before the call is answered. Wonder what happens if u are hijacked. Wait more than 30 min for someone to answer. Pethetic service, but bounded by a contract. </p>
