Very Unhappy with the appalling service offering

I have had the worst experienc of customer service with this company. I was answered by a rude lady who sounded like she had just woke up and did not assist me at all. When I tried to cancel I was sent numerous times from pillar to post. I have emails and calls from the numerous times I have tried to cancel but to no avail. They deduct as and when they like and are messing with my business credit record because they are uncancellable. I need help. This is too much for me and my little business. This feels more like being ******ed because you are a small business. They disconnected their service long ago but are still deducting huge sums of my account.
