VERY POOR SERVICE / KNOWLEDGE - STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

Please refrain from using this company - they have no customer service,, 1- they cant track vehicles, 2- They cant assit in client services - My car was written off in Feb - they couldnt track the vehicle being towed, they also refused to allow me to get a new device for the new car until I paid for the one written off??? 3- I am paying for a device I dont have. 4 They then send me reminder to test the unit?? (YES STILL PANG FOR THIS SERVICE) AS they threatend legal action. 5 -Accounts nor Customer Service can assist - currenly 15 minuets on HOLD until a competant person can assist...MY STRONG ADVICE - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...
