Very Poor service and poor client feedback

Very bad customer service, they deduct money from my account but still sending me outstanding balance. When I call them to resolve the issue no one answers a phone. I have told that my account is handed over to their legal collection team because of my outstanding balance. How can I owe when my account is debited monthly by them. I want to terminate my service with them immediately.

Very poor service and never gonna recommend them to anyone.
