VERY POOR customer service

I have sent multiple emails to Matrix to cancel my tracking unit policy and until today, no consultant has assisted me. Their landlines are constantly busy and you wait in the call queue for 15 minutes and still no one attend to you. I can't afford their service anymore, yet they keep sending me account statements but they avoid my cancellation request. This is *****.

I wouldn't recommend Mix Telematics to friends or even my worst enemy. They have a poor customer service. They are too quick to sell you a product, but too slow to assist you when you need them. My case numbers received from Matrix for the cancellation request were ***9 and ***0 yet nothing has been done 3 months later.
