Very Bad Services from Matrix Vehicle tracking company.

I have been a matrix vehicle tracking customer for almost 2 years. I am not happy with their services as they are putting their customer lives in danger whiles we are under the impression that we are been catered for the services we are paying for. My tracker has not been working for almost 3 months and the sad part is the company could not even detect that on their side and make me aware for the situation. I only realized that when i was in a predicament situation and had to use their emergency panic button at night looking for assistance. No one responded but the grace of God i made safe then i called them the following day to report my issue to my surprise they knew that my device is faulty all along and nothing was done from their side up until i contacted them. They promised to send a technician to my house to revolve the technical issue, but nothing has been done to date and every time i follow up with them they either drop my calls while talking to them or put me on hold till i drop on my side. Nevertheless, that i am paying them every month for the device that is not working they don't care about the safety and cars of their customers. Please be careful people when you are taking tracking devices for your cars and ensure to regularly check if your tracker is still active.
