Very bad service

On the 5th of August I wrote here on Hellopeter, and they responded same day and even canceled my contract received confirmation email. Then boom 2 months later while I am still waiting for my refund as promised in August. I still get billed and sms to pay my account. Like which account is Telmatrix is referring to? If this issue does not get resolved soon, I am going to escalate the matter to Ombudsman.
