Very Bad service

This is a very bad tracker company as per my experiences. Everytime I try to phone them there's no response. Emails go for days without any response. I sent them a cancellation email on the 12 August with effect from September 30. Up until today no one from the company has made any efforts to contact me. I have tried several times to contact them with no luck. Instead I received a statement from them that I still have an outstanding amount which is not true. Their last debit went through on the 15 September and I don't understand
