Very Bad customer service
Matrix tracker is unreliable and customer service is concerning. I have been trying to get their assistance for 3 months but they dont respond. It costed me my insurance and had to cancel it. I now need their assistance because I received an sms stating my vehicle power is down. I called customer service several times and my call is being declined or not picked up! Unfortunately I cannot cancel with them coz device has been paid up. but please reconsider when you want a tracker device with Matrix. because their services are disappointing.
