VERY BAD AND APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have a tracking device which was installed in January after I purchased my vehicle with a recommendation from my insurer, MiWay. I have an agreement (***8)with Matrix to deduct my premium on the 25th monthly. All of a sudden, on the 2nd December, I receive an SMS that the premium will go off on the 20th December. Why? I then called *** to ask why this change of date as it is not what our agreement is. The so-called customer care consultant wouldn't care less about answering my questions or assisting- it felt like I was even forcing him to have a conversation with me. Needless to say, today is the 20th December, the debit order has gone through? Why again I ask? I have not even been paid my December salary yet? What was the point of calling Matrix if this still happened? I reversed the transaction because this was not the agreement that I had with Matrix. I am wondering why MiWay has a relationship with such a company which treats its customers like *******? MiWay is wellknown for excellent customer service, and for them to be associated with Matrix is very disappointing. If Matrix does not trust that I will honour my debit order agreement scheduled for the 25th like I have done for past 11 months, why am I still their customer. Just calling their customer line made me realise that I was not going to get any assistance from Matrix in the event my car was ****** or hijacked or in an emergency...VERY APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I hope MiWay cancels whatever relationship they have with Matrix, otherwise I will also be looking for a new insurer- come 2022.
