Verbal agreement LIE

This company is honestly full of it. Carol called me to honestly waste my time with little to no understanding of their billing principles. I listened to my initial phone call where she was so adamant I took up a contract for a fixed period. Lo and behold there not being any mention of such. She then put me back on queue when I requested to speak to the manager that apparently responded on my Hellopeter saying this was escalated because she knew nothing of it. Verbal agreement this verbal agreement that but they weren't even billing the agreed amount. I need am explanation of how I'm billed and incurrin invoices for services not rendered on a SUBSCRIPTION as mentioned on the phone call. As I patiently wait for the manager to call me because after I hung up Carol called back to say management will reach out.
