Venetia the way you treat your customers is actually disturbing.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone anyone Mix telematics, the biggest mistake in Life. Mix telematics the way you treat your customers is actually disturbing.what kind of customer service is this? don't you know how to communicate with clients? I need my money ASAP . I Cancelled my policy on the 7th August and i was told that i will get my refund within 15 working days . When i called today to get update Venetia screamed in my ears telling me that i dont "know her" and ai must wait again for 15 to 30 days before i can get my refund. When i ask to speak to her manager i got a response that she is on pension and she is the current Supervior.
