Vehicle Written Off

Not only was my vehicle written off, no one from Mix Telematics even noticed that my car had suffered major impact or that it had been essentially stripped down to its chassis after the accident. I do not know how long it has been stationary, if it has been repaired and sold off, I really do not know.<br> <br> I also did request information from Mix Telematics twice since the accident occurred, after advising that the car was written off, and yet the debit orders kept on going off.<br> <br> I am not in possession of the vehicle or the tracking device, have not been since the day of the accident, 6 March 2015.<br> <br> The one instance where someone from MT actually responded, this was after 2 further instalments had been deducted from my account after my car was written off, I have even sent MT the entire report that stated my vehicle was written off, pictures and all!<br> <br> I requested cancellation of this contract, and they AGAIN tried to deduct from me!<br> <br> I am not only very disappointed, I am disgusted.
