A tracking device was installed in my car in October 2024. I have sold my car in March, I alerted them at the time (march) only received an email form them on the 2nd of May abut a settlement amount of R3400 and 537.06 Didn't receive a policy or contract in writing to read through an y T&Cs. Unreasonable and no option to make an arrangement to pay this money. Shroud and *********, they are quick to sell you a product but have no after sale service and reasonable cancellation policy.
