Vehicle tracking Beame bad news
Stay Away !!!! Don't get caught by Beami & Mix Telematics - is one and the same company. After my 3 year contract with them expired in November 2021- they have increased my premium in December 2021 from R69 pm to R190 without any notification. I am trying to cancel my subscription now for 6 month without any luck. Every month they deduct the premium by debit order and there is not way to get this canceled. They do not respond to ant emails. There is no way to speak to anybody in a more senior position - all ends at the call center where absolutely no ability to serve a client. The worst service I have ever came across - Stay Away from them!!!
