Value services added without my consent and now account in errears.

I am absolutely unhappy with the bad service I am getting from accounts. Protect services were added on my beame account unauthorized on 03/04/2018 received welcoming me to the 'Beame Family" and was told about the benefits I get since I am now a member, i was never told that my premiums were gonna go up (CALLS ARE RECORDED) . I called to cancel the "protect service" when i saw an unusual debit order amount go off my Acc , spoke to Sherly from retention Dpt she advised the contract was cancelled CONTRACT ID : ********** 2 , I even received email confirmation .

I further requested them to change my debit order date to the 20th if not 21st of every month starting on the month of May , today its the 25th still nothing .

I called accounts this morning and the service was bad had to wait on the line forever to get through to Sherly as the lady who took my call said no one else can help except for Sherly so she will ask her to call me back .

My account is now sitting with Legal because of the unauthorized value service that was added .

If something had to happen to my car (TOUCH WOOD) e.g ******, I bet the company wont want to be held liable for any losses because of the arrears I have incurred .

So all I need now is to have someone cancel my policy ASAP with beamie , I don't ever want to continue doing business with them and I WILL NOT pay cancellation fee.
