uuurgh... just when i thought i never had to deal with them again..
New issue. Same crazy company.. They only communicate when you complain on helloPeter.. This is literally the only way to communicate with this company.. it doesn't make any sense.. Phones just ring for ever Emails go into the void.. So i'm back..
I was a new client.. signed up in Dec 2024 The tracking device they installed didn't work. (faulty battery) It took me 3 weeks to get hold of them.. it was only after posting on helloPeter, that i was successful. Managed to cancel with them in Jan 2025 .. (how can i put my life in a tracking company which you can't get hold of, right?? ) Now they are charging me 2 full month's premium?? For what?? No service. No cash. Simple as that..
Please sort this out. Seems the only people that work in this company are the "flame killers" on helloPeter.. I feel for you guys.. These are nice people just working for the wrong company..

I'm telling you, these ladies monitoring the helloPeter feeds to the company are WORLD CLASS.
The company... not so much! I responded to debtors/cancellation etc etc on the emails.. Nothing.. and they never will respond.
