Utter Disappointment

I regret to say that signing up with Matrix Vehicle Tracking has been an extremely disappointing experience.

From the outset, the service has failed to meet even the most basic expectations. The mobile application, which is supposed to provide real-time tracking and peace of mind, is unfortunately unreliable and largely ineffective. It consistently fails to display the accurate location of my vehicle, which defeats the very purpose of having a tracking system in place.

More concerning, however, is the complete lack of proactive monitoring and client support. My vehicle was recently in for repairs, during which time the battery was disconnected for a significant period. Not once did I receive any form of communication or alert from Matrix to query this unusual activity. A vehicle being offline or stationary in an unfami**** location for an extended time should immediately raise concern and prompt client engagement. The absence of such basic oversight is both alarming and unacceptable.

These are fundamental expectations of any vehicle tracking service, and the failure to deliver on them raises serious concerns about the reliability and value of this product.

At this stage, I am extremely dissatisfied and would appreciate it if a representative could urgently contact me to address these issues. Failing this, I will have no choice but to proceed with cancelling what has proven to be a wholly ineffective and frustrating service.
