have never dealt with such an *********** ineffective call centre such as yours. As for the main switchboard, they are no better. Just another reason to try snd cancel my service with your company

There you have it! Your retentions department also can't do their job. They can't even try and retain a customer. Happier to cancel than to even try and sort the issue out. I rest my case!
