Useless tracking unit

Just got off the phone with a consultant who clarified how pointless it is to have your device. My battery got disconnected for two hours and nobody bothered to enquire about the status of my car. You proclaim to have sent sms but did not even get one. What if I was hurt by ********* and could not notify you. You did not even call the second person registered. I'm disappointed.
