Useless tracking device and unprofessional company

You are a useless company of all the time. I did arrangement with you and I pay you monthly,but you continue with the debit order why you do that and changing reference numbers? Lastly you default me on credit that I'm not paying but I have arrangement with and getting money monthly. You are useless the same way your tracking divice is, that can't exactly locate the vehicle. Stop this nonsense of debit order, cause I pay you as arranged, the bank charge me unnecessary fees because of you
